Rose Damon is a writer, director and producer based in Melbourne, Australia.

Working in the screen production industry since 2010, Rose has built a broad base of skills and experience across documentary, online content, commercials, corporate video, live streaming, TV series and feature films.

Since 2017 Rose's work has been focused on writing, directing and producing primarily short form content, both scripted and unscripted, with agency and corporate partners. Her energy and enthusiasm, passion for story, and love of deep-diving into a range of subject matter has enabled her to bounce easily between genres and formats. She loves the challenge of transforming complex briefs into engaging video, and has a particular skill in working with real people on camera.
